I would highly recommend attic construction! They have been very responsive to my calls, we're flexible when I needed to update my appointment, and showed up exactly on time. Jason was professional, gave great recommendations, and was able to clean things up efficiently. I will definitely use them for future attic needs.

Very professional!  Tony Goldman was a delight.  He knew his business.  Fidel, the crew chief, was very thorough both before and after the job of cleaning the attic and replacing the insulation.  The crew of Robert, Kysoon and Jermy went very diligently about their work and were thorough and friendly.  We were very happy with a job well done.

Michael Ortiz's team from Attic Construction did a superb job cleaning and reinsulating our attic. As promised, they called 30 minutes before arrival. The first thing Mr. Ortiz did was a walk through while explaining exactly what the team would be doing during the day. We began and ended the day with turning on lights, appliances & central AC/Heat, making sure that no damage had been done to anything in the attic. While he was in the attic, Michael even swapped the AC/Heat filter for me! We have three dogs and the crew made friends with them. The crew members were also careful about being sure the dogs didn't get out.

I found Attic Construction on yelp and wanted to add my own review to the other excellent reviews I read when I was searching for insulation. Tony came out first to give me the estimate, respecting my tight time constraints, and explained every little detail with a booming personality! He and the company worked within my budget and scheduled the work in my schedule. The crew that came out were on time, respectful, thorough, and professional. The 40-yr-old insulation is now replaced with a generous amount of pretty pink fluff in a bleached clean attic, and they sealed all the places where critters may want to come in to reside (not in my attic now!)

I hired Attic Construction to do an attic cleanup as well as air vent cleaning to a home we recently purchased. Their rates were very affordable and they should up on time for the appointment. The two technician were very courteous and respectful. They also installed a new thermostat for us and they had an issue with the dual zoning system we had. They promised to be back to fix the issue and the next day I got a call from the manager to schedule another special technician to fix the issue who showed up the same day. Technician was very knowledgeable and he fixed the issue right away as well as re-connecting a broken duct we had as a courtesy.

We kept hearing noise in the attic like something was running around up there. We called Attic Construction and they came out to look at the attic and discovered that we had many visitors living up there and the smell was horrible. Attic Construction cleaned up and sealed the attic so that the rodents could not get back in. It's been 3 weeks and we haven't seen or heard any more noise coming from the attic.

We were doing construction on the kitchen and living room. We called Attic Construction out to remove the old insulation and re-install after the remodeling was finished. They were fast, affordable, on time, and cleaned up after themselves. Great job and thank you.

We found "Attic Construction Inc." in the "Buy One Get One Free" publication. We had anticipated there would be some degree of filth, but did not expect what the photos taken by Ben, the technician showed. A previous infestation of rodents and typical track builder" construction confirmed the challenge that included gaps left by the builder which had allowed the rodents unbarred access. Ben was very courteous and helpful in sharing our options with no hard sell, just straight forward alternatives.
