I wanted rodent proofing only for a very small attic (compared to the size of the house). I don't have current pest issues but saw some spots that could be sealed up. Another attic company gave me a full attic restoration price of $10K.
I called Attic Construction for another bid and Jake came to do the inspection. He was on time and honest about what needed to be done. He told me that for my situation, I could do it myself for just a few hundred dollars. If I did want the same full job, it would only be $3,500 - but given that the attic size is only 10% of the house size, it's not cost efficient.

I found Attic Construction whilst searching for companies to clean out, disinfect and lay new insulation on 3 properties I manage. We needed cleaning, sanitation, rat proofing and full installation for our attic. Summer was heating so we wanted it done ASAP. Not only was Attic Construction able to do it faster than anyone, they had the lowest bid. The entire project went out without a hitch and the crew was super-friendly and efficient.

I needed help with determining how rats are accessing the crawlspace under my small 698 sq. ft. house. I had a company come out a couple of days ago and they offered their services to try to solve my problem (no guarantees) for a $2000 initial fee, and $100 a month charge. I contacted Attic Construction for another bid and Dion came over this morning to assess this problem. He texted his ETA and was 10 minutes early for the appointment. He was friendly, professional and completely honest about what I should do to try to solve this problem. Even though I don't have a problem in my attic, and insulation isn't involved, he happily suited up and went into my crawlspace to try to determine where the rats were gaining access. He did a thorough investigation on the inside perimeter of the crawlspace and took several photos for me. He showed me a photo depicting where he believes the rats are gaining access to my crawlspace. He told me that my situation did not warrant him writing up a bid. He then spent the time going over what I could do to remedy the problem by sealing the location where the rats are gaining access. I so appreciate his honesty and integrity. I highly recommend Attic Construction to anyone who has issues with rats in their attic space and need new insulation.

It started with our estimator, Andrew, professional thorough and took the time to explain the process and timeline. The project mgr Mark was equally as helpful answered all our questions and coordinated with the handyman Jorge to repair our ducting prior to the insulation to make sure our AC worked properly. Augustine and his crew were awesome and took pride in their work! We noticed an immediate difference in the temperature due to the quality of the products used and expert installation in a tough to reach crawl space. Very satisfied, these guys are top notch!
